Tetiana is a beauty artist from Mariupol. After the full-scale invasion, she evacuated to Zaporizhzhia, leaving behind not only her hometown and house, but even her own tools.
The woman has been interested in hairdressing since childhood: she used to cut dolls’ hair, having learned hairdressing skills from her grandfather.
In Zaporizhzhia, Tetiana started all over again, but she continues to do her life’s work. Her clients are the same internally displaced persons from the temporarily occupied territories or from the war zone as she is.
“I really want to have a peaceful sky, to live in peace, to work, to travel. I want to help people like me, so that they also have the opportunity to organize their lives and earn money somehow. I also want to bring beauty and positive emotions to others,” says the master, smiling.
Tetiana is confident that we will win, we just need to strive for something and keep living.
