Anhelina is the owner of the sushi delivery company “Hello, Salmon”, which had “conquered” Mariupol with its products in 2 years. The entrepreneur dreamed of expanding her business and launching new establishments in other cities of Ukraine. However, the Great War ruined all her plans.
Together with her family and colleagues, she had to evacuate to Zaporizhzhia. When she came to her senses, she immediately got a desire to give people hope and an opportunity to escape the horrors of war. Thus began a new stage of “Hello, Salmon” in Zaporizhzhia.
“I am incredibly grateful for the support we received in Zaporizhzhia. When I launched the advertisement, I called us a heroic delivery company because of what our team went through. At first, people came just to support us, and then they came back because they liked the food,” says the owner.
The team works in the city despite the missile attacks because they believe in people and their business.
“I cannot know what will happen tomorrow. But Russia will not be able to break us. As for our plans – wait for us in Kyiv. A little later, but I think we will manage to do that,” says Anhelina.
The restaurant is located in Zaporizhzhia at 18 Stalevariv Street.
