Babies born within an administrative-territorial unit where state civil registration is temporarily suspended due to the war can be registered online.

To do this, you need to send copies of the documents (scanned or photographed) to the email address: [email protected], namely

– application for state registration of birth, drawn up in any form;

– a medical document that is the basis for the state registration of birth;

– other documents required for such registration (copies of passport, marriage certificate, etc.).

Registration of babies in an online format according to a special procedure determined by the Ministry of Justice for the period of martial law is carried out by the Civil Registry Office in Chernivtsi region. It is to this department’s e-mail that all applications for online registration of children are sent.
