Often, those who are remaining in the territories temporarily occupied by the enemy do not dare to leave for free Ukraine due to health or age. These people are in increasing danger. Relatives or close friends can help them, even if they are far away, on the controlled territory.

The team of the Ministry of Reintegration, together with the volunteer organizations “Helping to leave” and “Help people”, has developed an algorithm of actions for such a case.
