In December last year, a new List of territories where military operations are (were) conducted or temporarily occupied by the Russian Federation was approved. On its basis, in particular, payments are made to internally displaced persons.

This list is periodically updated by the relevant order of the Ministry of Reintegration. Changes to the list are approved in coordination with the Ministry of Defense on the basis of proposals from the relevant regional and Kyiv city military administrations.

Thus, Order No. 41 of February 9, 2023 amended the List of territories where hostilities are (were) conducted or temporarily occupied by the Russian Federation. Therefore, the updated list of territories of possible and active hostilities includes settlements in Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, Mykolaiv, Sumy, Kharkiv, Kherson, Chernihiv, and Zaporizhzhia regions.

It should be noted that persons who have left the settlements included in the list of territories:

1) possible hostilities;

2) active hostilities;

3) temporarily occupied by the Russian Federation;

where the date of completion of hostilities (date of termination of the possibility of hostilities) or temporary occupation by the Russian Federation has not been determined, are entitled to payments.
