This is currently a record number of calls to the call center of the Ministry of Reintegration in a month. These include calls and messages to the crisis hotline, the Commissioner for Internally Displaced Person hotline, and the Commissioner for Missing Persons.

In particular, operators of the crisis hotline handled more than 35 thousand calls in May. They also responded to more than 2,000 requests received via messengers during this time.

In addition, last month the call center of the Ministry of Reintegration received more than 17 thousand calls to the hotline of the Commissioner for Internally Displaced Persons.

In May, the hotline of the Commissioner for Missing Persons received almost 20 thousand appeals. Of these, more than 10 thousand calls and more than 9 thousand messages in messengers.
