Saturday, July 1 is the end of the quarantine and state of emergency in Ukraine due to the COVID-19 pandemic. This was announced at a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers by the Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal.

The Prime Minister noted that during the pandemic, the government had developed useful response mechanisms in the event of a full-scale war.

To recap, on May 5, the World Health Organization declared the COVID-19 pandemic a global emergency.
