Based on the evidence collected by the Security Service of Ukraine, the court found Balytskyi guilty under two articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. He faces up to 15 years in prison.

But he still has a deputy seat in the Zaporizhzhia regional council for some reason.

Since this situation is shameful, we once again demand that the traitor must be stripped of his parliamentary mandate.
