The line operates in two formats via audio and video communication. The psychologists on the line are qualified professionals who have undergone special training in crisis psychological intervention and trauma therapy.

They have relevant work experience and adhere to ethical standards. Inquiries are completely confidential. If necessary, the line specialists will refer you to specialists in related fields.
