Courses for their training have started in Mykolaiv. The Ministry of Veterans Affairs reports.
For three weeks, the selected candidates will study various training modules. In particular, a module on the study of the law on support for war veterans and demobilized persons. The first class has already been held at the Veterans Development Center.
They will also learn how to work with public associations and authorities at various levels. The program involves participating in developing regional programs to support war veterans.
Upon completing the training and passing the exam, candidates are qualified to provide a wide range of services to veterans.
As a reminder, the introduction of such positions was initiated as part of a pilot project to introduce the institution of a Veterans Assistant.
