The Ministry of Reintegration continues to pay state Levko Lukyanenko scholarships. In August, 9 Ukrainian citizens received such payments.

The scholarship is granted by presidential decree to citizens of Ukraine who are illegally detained by the russian federation or the occupying administration of the russian federation in connection with their public or political activities.

Payments are made during the period of unlawful detention, imprisonment, and within one year of release.
