More and more people are willing to join the personnel reserve for public service in the occupied territories. According to the latest data, 1757 applications have been registered in the system, of which 1573 have already been enrolled.

Most candidates for the talent pool are men. They have submitted 994 applications. Women have submitted 763 applications.

Registration is still open. So if you want to take part in the restoration of the de-occupied territories and have the necessary education, go to  reserve.nads.gov.ua, register in the system, and fill in the application form.

Currently, the top three favorites among potential officials in terms of the region are the Crimea, Donetsk, and Zaporizhia regions. The most popular field among candidates continues to be administrative management.

The Ministry of Reintegration and the National Agency for Civil Service coordinates the project.
