Since the beginning of 2023, entrepreneurs who hired internally displaced persons have received compensation in the total amount of 126 million UAH under the government program. The Government portal reported. 

The state pays the employer the minimum wage (6,700 UAH) for two months for each employed IDP.

So far this year, nearly 6,000 entrepreneurs have received compensation from the government for employing 10,300 IDPs.

In April last year, the government launched a program to encourage businesses to hire IDPs.

In 2022, more than 10 thousand employers took advantage of the program. They received compensation from the state of 200 million UAH for employing almost 18,000 IDPs.
