This refers to the housing stipend provided by the state, which grants 3,000 UAH per month to people with disabilities and children, and 2,000 UAH to all other IDPs.

This issue was discussed at a meeting of the Coordination Headquarters for Ensuring the Rights and Freedoms of Internally Displaced Persons, chaired by Vice Prime Minister Iryna Vereshchuk.

After the meeting, the Ministry of Social Policy promptly submitted payment documents of $212 million to the State Treasury, to assist IDPs during the first half of September.

Thus, the funds will deposited into the bank accounts of the IDPs within a few days.

Since the start of the year, payments totaling 55.6 billion UAH to internally displaced persons have been financed.
