The Ministry of Reintegration receives inquiries from representatives of global organizations regarding the taxation of grants received by individual business owners. This pertains to aid for business recovery, construction, and purchase of housing for IDPs provided by international, charitable, public, and other non-governmental organizations.

Vice Prime Minister Iryna Vereshchuk chaired an interdepartmental meeting to discuss the issue.

Following the discussion, the participants agreed to develop proposals for amendments to the Tax Code with the possibility of eliminating the taxation of grants.
