The Ministry of Reintegration issued Order No. 254 on September 22, 2023, in which the List of areas affected by the russian federation’s hostilities or temporary occupation was revised.

The List was approved in December 2022 and is updated regularly. Amendments to it are coordinated with the Ministry of Defense through proposals from the appropriate regional and city military administrations in Kyiv.
