The group that establishes the fact of deprivation of personal liberty as a result of armed aggression against Ukraine works under the Ministry of Reintegration. Based on the Commission’s findings, the Ministry of Reintegration provides suitable financial assistance to ex-prisoners of war and the loved ones of those who were held captive by the enemy.
During a meeting on October 24th, the Commission learned the important details about 78 individuals freed from russian confinement and 264 individuals presently being held unlawfully by russia.
The Commission acknowledged 76 individuals as family members of inmates.
