A guide that covers all necessary information on PTSD has been made specifically for Ukrainians. It was created by the “Take Care of Yourself” evidence-based health information platform with the expert support of the Mental Health Coordination Center under the Cabinet of Ministers.
The guidebook has 15 chapters with all the details needed. In particular, it details ways to assist a family member or friend. You can also find simple tips to prevent mental health issues.
