This includes calls and messages to the crisis hotline 15-48 and the IDP Commissioner’s hotline.
In particular, the crisis hotline operators handled approximately 14,000 calls in October. They also responded to more than 1,000 requests received through messengers during this time.
In addition, the call center of the Ministry of Reintegration received nearly 9,000 calls to the hotline of the Commissioner for IDPs last month.
Most often, citizens asked about government aid payments to IDPs. Other current issues include financial assistance from international organizations, legal and humanitarian assistance, and compensation to homeowners who have provided free shelter to IDPs.
