The Ukrainian Media Solutions project has declared a grant competition to encourage media outlets from 11 regions. The Center for the Development of Independent Media in Ukraine reports that the regions being referred to are Kherson, Mykolaiv, Odesa, Zaporizhzhia, Dnipro, Kharkiv, Donetsk, Luhansk, Sumy, Chernihiv, and Kyiv.

It aims to assist media in reporting on the recovery of communities, their daily lives, and the activities of society and government.

Local and regional media from the front lines, de-occupied territories, and TOT who have moved to safer areas are invited to participate.

As part of the contest, small and midsize media can get up to 1 million UAH, and large media can get up to 2 million UAH.
