This concerns payment for services used during the free stay of IDPs on state, municipal, and private property premises.

The government decided at a meeting. The preliminary order was created in response to the Prime Minister’s order.

The document allocates over 60.9 million UAH from the state budget reserve fund to cover the expenses of the relevant institutions for May- July 2023.

In particular, the following will be allocated:

– more than 9.7 million UAH – to pay compensation to state institutions managed by the Ministry of Agrarian Policy, the Ministry of Energy, the Ministry of Education and Science, the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Culture and Information Policy, the Ministry of Social Policy and the Ministry of Internal Affairs;

– more than 49.2 million UAH were allocated to compensate municipal institutions, state educational institutions transferred to local budgets, and jointly owned institutions of regional and district territorial communities managed by regional and district councils. The Ministry of Reintegration will provide this additional subsidy from the state budget to local budgets according to the approved distribution between regional budgets;

– over 1.9 million UAH to cover these costs for private institutions (excluding private educational institutions).

The Ministry of Reintegration is grateful to the Ministry of Economy and the Ministry of Finance for their cooperation in the implementation of the State policy on support to IDPs.
