The program to provide our internally displaced people (IDPs) with low-cost housing loans continues.
The program “Housing for Internally Displaced Persons” is implemented by the Ministry of Reintegration and the State Agency for Youth and Sports with the financial support of the German government, which provided a grant through the German development bank KfW.
As part of the program, 15 people were randomly selected to receive preferential mortgage loans.
The winners will be able to buy a home on credit at the lowest interest rate in Ukraine of 3% per annum. Loans are given for up to 30 years, but you have to pay a down payment of 6% of the property’s worth.
As a reminder, you can sign up for the program via the Diia website or at your local office of the State Youth Housing Agency. You can find detailed information on the terms and conditions here.
