Seventy Ukrainian telecom companies could receive up to €10,000 from the German government through the ReACT4UA/EU4Business initiative to renew Internet services in de-occupied areas. The Ministry of Digital Transformation reported.

Companies operating in Kyiv (excluding Kyiv city), Chernihiv, Sumy, Kharkiv, Donetsk, Kherson, Zaporizhzhia, Mykolaiv, and Luhansk regions are invited to participate.

Funds can be spent on:

– equipment and materials for network recovery;

– electricity bills;

– rent payments;

– network maintenance payments;

– employee salaries.
