The National Information Bureau (NIB) still takes in info on POWs and missing persons in the temporarily occupied parts of Ukraine. Reports indicate that individuals, including children, have been displaced or deported due to the armed aggression of the russian Federation against Ukraine.

During November 2023:

– The NIB’s 24-hour hotline operators received nearly 8,000 calls;

– Around 2,600 requests were received via email at [email protected];

– 1,700 inquiries were made through the bureau’s chatbots.

– More than 1,000 letters sent by post;

– More than 800 appeals through the online form on the NIB website.
