The creation of Coordination Centers within state institutions allows consideration of residents’ unique requirements and viewpoints, along with the abilities of local government and civil society organizations.

“The Coordination Centers for Civilian Support act as a platform for humanitarian organizations, government agencies, and other stakeholders to effectively communicate and cooperate in meeting the immediate needs and developing long-term solutions for the affected population,” stated Lyudmyla Shatkovska.
