The bank will offer services to residents and defenders in Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, Kharkiv, and Kherson regions. These regions currently have no banks.
The mobile branches are equipped with satellite communications, alarms, and panic buttons, and are fully armored. They allow people to open current accounts, make deposits, reissue payment cards, make money transfers, and receive social benefits.
The state-owned bank is working to reopen branches in regions affected by hostilities or located near the front line. Currently, there are 31 branches in Donetsk region, 28 in Zaporizhia region, 62 in Kharkiv region, and 8 in Kherson region.
