The Cabinet of Ministers amended CMU resolutions No. 952 of August 23, 2022, and No. 1364 of December 6, 2022, at today’s meeting.

The amendments state that the privatization of state and municipal property in the territories of active hostilities will not be carried out during martial law and for three months after its termination.

Remember that the territories of hostilities are determined according to the List of territories where hostilities are (were) conducted or temporarily occupied by the Russian Federation. Such a list was approved by the Order of the Ministry of Reintegration dated December 22, 2022, No. 309, and is regularly updated.
