The German government, with the assistance of the Federal Agency for Technical Cooperation (THW), is providing over 500 power generators, costing approximately 3.5 million euros, to support internally displaced persons, cities, and communities in frontline areas.
Additionally, 900 heaters and 1,700 winter sleeping bags will be delivered, along with folding beds, tents, living containers, winter clothing, a mobile field kitchen, and drinking water purification systems.
Germany supports Ukraine and its citizens. THW has donated over 800 power generators and 15 battery packs for energy infrastructure. These are used in thermal power plants, pumping stations, hospitals, and other vital facilities.
