The weekly meeting, chaired by Deputy Prime Minister Iryna Vereshchuk, discussed the implementation of a pilot project on social support.
As a reminder, the services provided include support for families’ psychosocial needs, assistance with paperwork, and communication with state and local authorities.
As part of this project, a new initiative was introduced to provide fuel wood to military families. This decision follows numerous requests from the military families of the units where the program will be carried out.
Currently, regions are forming the need for fuel wood and developing mechanisms to obtain it.
Additionally, the discussion highlighted the importance of creating precise algorithms that can identify logistics procedures.
“To scale this opportunity, we need to coordinate at both the national and regional levels,” stated the Vice Prime Minister.
