Today, the Cabinet of Ministers amended its resolutions No. 391 of 25.04.2023 and No. 928 of 25.08.2023.
These changes aim to increase salaries for those working in areas of active hostilities, even under intense shelling. This applies to civil servants as well.
The innovations can be summarized as follows:
- For employees in territories with active hostilities, double the allowance for work during intense shelling per month, proportionate to the number of working days affected.
The head of the regional military administration will determine the list of works eligible for the allowance.
- Salaries for civil servants working in special conditions in active hostilities during intense shelling shall be determined by taking into account a coefficient of 3 per month, proportionate to the number of working days affected by shelling.
The relevant regional military administration will approve the list of employees.
The Ministry of Reintegration developed the draft resolution under the Prime Minister of Ukraine’s order, in collaboration with the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Economy.
