During the meeting, Vice Prime Minister Iryna Vereshchuk chaired a discussion on this issue.

They emphasized the need to create conditions that avoid crowds.

The authorized bodies will plan and coordinate routes and special passageways for passengers to use when moving around the station, to shelters, and when boarding or disembarking trains.

It was proposed to interview people heading for evacuation flights in the station’s bomb shelter. Additionally, people waiting for the train should be accommodated.

“The people at the Kherson railway station must be protected from enemy fire. The authorities have been instructed to take all necessary measures to make the use of the station as safe as possible,” Iryna Vereshchuk said.
