Experts from the All-Ukrainian Mental Health Program ‘How Are You?’ recommend starting with the following steps:
- Spend more time outdoors.
- Replace extra coffee or tea with a glass of water.
- Take care of your work-life balance. Spend more time with your loved ones.
- Allow yourself to enjoy your favorite treats without feeling guilty.
- Say “thank you” more often, including to yourself.
- Try going to bed earlier. Additionally, if you have a habit of falling asleep with your phone in your hands, you should get rid of it.
- Set goals and achieve them. Reward yourself for every big or small victory.
