Born on March 29, 1991, in Kobeliaky, Poltava region.

Education:

 2008-2013 – student of the National University “Yaroslav Mudryi National Law Academy of Ukraine”.

2013-2016 – postgraduate student of the National University “Yaroslav Mudryi Law Academy”.

Work Experience:

 2016-2018 – Assistant of the Department of Criminal and Administrative Law and Procedure at Poltava Law Institute.

2018 – Chief specialist legal adviser of the general legal department of the legal support department of the territorial control department of the city council of Kharkiv.

2019-2020 – Deputy head of the department – head of the general legal department of the legal support department of the territorial control department of the city council of Kharkiv.

2020-2022 – Head of the legal support department of the Inspectorate for Improvement of Legal Support of the Department of Territorial Control and Land Relations of Kharkiv City Council.

2022 – Director of the Legal Department of the Poltava Regional State Administration.

2022-2023 – Deputy Head of the Poltava Regional State Administration.

On November 21, 2023, he was appointed Deputy Minister for Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories of Ukraine, responsible for digital development, transformation, and digitalization.
