Selected applicants will receive a grant of up to $4,500 to implement their projects. Specific amounts and timelines will be determined based on the specifics of approved projects.
The competition aims to assist non-governmental organizations, initiative groups, IDP groups, representatives of the public sector, and members of host communities in conducting activities with the goal of:
- Promote the rights and interests of internally displaced persons (IDPs) under the age of 17 and 30+. Address their needs and problems;
- Create conditions for a dialogue between the local community, local authorities, and IDPs. Take into account the needs and interests of IDPs;
- Promoting the integration of IDPs;
- Expanding services for IDPs;
- Creating conditions for using their skills and experience;
- Improving living conditions in host communities.
The organization must operate in one of the following target communities: Cherkasy, Uman, Chernivtsi, Khmelnytskyi, Kamianets-Podilskyi, Mukachevo, Vinnytsia, Dnipro, Kamianske, Ivano-Frankivsk, Chervonohrad, Kyiv, Bila Tserkva, Poltava, Kremenchuk, Lutsk, or Ternopil.
