To receive the certificate, apply for Diia. Wait for the local government commission to determine the compensation amount. Once determined, the certificate will be sent to your application.

To choose a new accommodation and book funds in Diia, go to the ‘eRecovery’ section, then select ‘Housing certificates’ and ‘Book funds’.

You will receive a confirmation in the app within 5 business days that the funds have been reserved. Afterward, terminate the ownership of the destroyed housing and execute a purchase and sale agreement.

The seller of the property will receive the funds within 5 days.
