Vice Prime Minister Iryna Vereshchuk chaired a meeting of the Coordination Headquarters for the De-occupied Territories where this was discussed.
The representative of the Kherson regional branch informed that currently there are 7 stationary branches of PrivatBank in the unoccupied part of the region. Three of these branches are equipped with protective structures.
The regional budget will cover the cost of two additional shelters, which are set to be installed by mid-February of this year.
Additionally, the bank has agreed to finance and purchase two more protective structures. The management of PrivatBank has already reached a preliminary agreement on this matter. The structures are expected to be installed by the end of next month.
By the end of February, all seven operating branches of PrivatBank in the de-occupied territory of the Kherson region will have shelters.
The Vice Prime Minister expressed gratitude to everyone involved in resolving the issue of ensuring the safety of bank employees and customers during air raids.
