During an air raid, owners may bring their pets to civil defense facilities, as long as they ensure the safety of others and property.

Additionally, the owner must:

– to carry out constant supervision of the animal;

– provide the necessary conditions that meet the biological, species, and individual characteristics of the pet;

– comply with sanitary and hygienic requirements and veterinary standards.

Pets that may be dangerous to human life or health must be kept on a leash.

Dogs listed as dangerous breeds must wear a muzzle.
