The institution was established using Bila Tserkva National Agrarian University as its foundation. The Kyiv Regional Military Administration reported this on their Telegram channel. The center’s goal is to provide a valuable resource for veterans’ professional and personal growth. 

The institution will offer psychological counseling to assist individuals in coping with stressful situations and adjusting to civilian life.

The Veteran Development Center can serve as a meeting place for veterans and the military to plan joint business models or civic engagement.

Bila Tserkva University has developed strategies and recommendations for training military personnel and veterans. The institution plans to provide professional training for future veterans’ assistants.
