Mayor Ruslan Martsinkiv posted on his Facebook page that military personnel registered in the community no later than December 31, 2023, will receive a one-time payment of 10,000 UAH.

Defenders appointed to positions in a military unit in the Ivano-Frankivsk community can receive assistance. They must register in the settlements of the Ivano-Frankivsk community in 2024 and confirm this with an extract of residence registration.

To apply, visit any local administrative service center. Remember to bring the following with you:

– Please provide copies of your passport and identification code.

– Please provide copies of your MSEC certificate and certificate of disability due to war.

– Please provide a copy of your combatant’s certificate.

– Please provide a copy of a document proving direct participation in hostilities or a certificate of direct participation in activities necessary to ensure the defense of Ukraine.

– Please provide an extract from the register of residence on the territory of Ivano-Frankivsk community or an IDP certificate.

– An extract from the order of appointment to a position in a military unit located in the community;

– An advisory opinion from your attending physician or family doctor, issued no later than 90 days before the application;

– Or a referral for psychological rehabilitation issued by the ‘Warrior’s Home’ in the form approved by the Department of Social Policy of the City Council.

– Bank account details of the serviceman.
