The operators of the 15-48 crisis hotline received almost 20,000 calls. They also responded to more than 4,000 requests received via messengers. 

Over the past month, the Ministry of Reintegration’s call center staff handled more than 9,000 calls to the Commissioner’s hotline for IDPs

Citizens most frequently contact the Ministry of Reintegration hotlines regarding issues such as state aid payments to IDPs, financial assistance from international organizations, humanitarian aid, and compensation for homeowners who have provided shelter to IDPs free of charge.

In February, the hotline operators of the National Information Bureau (NIB) under the Ministry of Reintegration received over 9,000 calls.
