The Mystetskyi space opened at the Volyn Regional Universal Scientific Library named after Olena Pchilka. According to the library’s website, the opening ceremony took place there.

The NGO Crimea SOS carried out this initiative as part of a grant program to support IDP initiatives. The UNHCR funded the program.

The space is designed for IDPs to use for leisure, education, and work. It is also used to organize events related to social protection, security, employment, business start-ups, integration, and psychological support for IDPs.

The space is expected to be used for implementing projects by internally displaced persons, NGOs, educational institutions, and others.
