This was discussed at the weekly meeting of the Coordination Center for Ensuring the Rights and Freedoms of Internally Displaced Persons, chaired by Vice Prime Minister Iryna Vereshchuk.

To date, the social protection authorities have received more than 90,000 applications from IDPs for the extension of state assistance. At this stage, about 66% of them have been processed and 34% are still in progress.

It should be noted that in the first period of March, a total of 1.4 billion UAH was allocated for payments to 671 thousand IDPs. Thus, IDPs whose payments were automatically extended from the first day of the current month will receive their funds soon.

The IDPs will receive their aid on March 21 and 28.

In other words, IDPs who have submitted applications will receive payments, if approved, by the end of this month.
