The Ministry of Agrarian Policy created the draft resolutions, which were discussed at a special meeting chaired by Vice Prime Minister Iryna Vereshchuk.
Changes in the procedure for providing financial assistance to enterprises
The draft resolution includes a provision that allows enterprises relocated to the government-controlled territory to extend loans received for working capital under the 5-7-9% program.
As of February 24, 2022, these are the locations where the production facilities of the enterprises referred to are located:
– The text describes territories where hostilities have been conducted, but the date of completion of hostilities has not been determined.
– The text also refers to temporarily occupied territories.
The central authorities have concluded their review of the draft resolution. The Government’s approval is the next necessary step.
Changes to Farm Fund Usage Procedure.
The interested authorities are currently reviewing this draft resolution for approval. Once they agree on the positions, it will be sent to the Cabinet of Ministers for consideration.
Farmers who have received a loan through the State Farm and have assets in dangerous areas will be able to delay repayment of the loan until de-occupation or the end of active hostilities, the document says.
The Vice Prime Minister expressed full support for the relocated business and thanked everyone involved in the process for their constructive approach.
