The Ministry of Reintegration’s Order No. 77, dated March 19, 2024, and Order No. 79, dated March 22 changed the list of areas where hostilities are (were) carried out or territories temporarily occupied by the russian federation.

This list was approved in December 2022 and gets updated regularly. It’s amended through consultation with the Ministry of Defense, based on recommendations from the relevant regional and Kyiv city military administrations.
