More than 70 humanitarian centers are helping people from the Donetsk region who have been forced to leave their homes. 

The Donetsk Regional Military Administration website states this.

Evacuees from Donetsk region can get the following services at these facilities: 

– counseling on social and legal issues;

– psychological and humanitarian assistance;

– social and psychological adaptation for children and youth;

– medical services and consultations;

– employment assistance;

– improving digital literacy;

– promoting cooperation with entrepreneurs and assistance to relocated businesses.

They also organize cultural, educational, and motivational events to help IDPs integrate into host communities.
