Pensioners who had acquired the status of an internally displaced person before February 24, 2022, and received a pension from Oshchadbank, were required to undergo physical identification by March 31, 2024, according to the Donetsk RMA website.

If you don’t complete the identification within the time limit, you must be identified in any way to keep getting the pension.

Methods of identification: 

1. Please contact an Oschadbank branch or a service center of the Pension Fund of Ukraine in person or via an identity document.
2. To authorize your account, please log in to your account on the web portal of the Pension Fund of Ukraine’s electronic services and use Diia.Signature.
3. You may apply for such identification via video conferencing through the Pension Fund’s web portal. To do so, please follow the link.
4. In a foreign diplomatic mission, for pensioners from among internally displaced persons who are abroad.
