Since January 2024, 8,844 entrepreneurs have received loans of UAH 35.2 billion under the state program “Affordable Loans 5-7-9%”.

During the period of martial law in Ukraine, 53,026 loans were issued, with a total value of UAH 212.5 billion. In particular, the following sums were allocated:

– UAH 17.85 billion for investment purposes;

– UAH 60.42 billion for working capital financing;

– UAH 37.63 billion in loans to agricultural producers;

– UAH 14.3 billion was allocated for the processing of agricultural products;

– UAH 57.39 billion was earmarked for anti-war purposes;

– UAH 11.43 billion was directed towards lending in the high military risk zone.

Since the program’s launch in February 2020, a total of 87,848 loan agreements, valued at UAH 302.1 billion, have been signed. The program is supported by 45 banks.

In 2023, the Ministry of Reintegration initiated the state program “Affordable Loans 5-7-9%” for entrepreneurs from territories potentially affected by hostilities and de-occupied territories.
