Vice Prime Minister Iryna Vereshchuk said this during a live Rada TV broadcast.

She clarified that dormitories at higher education institutions had been designated for these categories of evacuees. The Vice Prime Minister visited some of them during her working visit to the Kharkiv region.

Many people with limited mobility and older people are being evacuated from the region. Only the first floors are suitable for them.

Iryna Vereshchuk noted that some dormitories lack adequate comfort for their residents. She added that the company is now focusing its efforts on resolving this issue and improving the living conditions in the dormitories where they are accommodated.
