Seven of the children were transferred to the government-controlled territory from TOT. The other six were returned as part of the implementation of President Volodymyr Zelenskyy’s action plan, Bring Kids Back UA.

The Commissioner for Human Rights at the Verkhovna Rada, Dmytro Lubinets, has reported this via Telegram.

The Ombudsman said Ukraine is ready to return all children and will help them. Law enforcement officers will record crimes committed by russians against our children.

If your child goes missing and you, as their legal representative, are unable to ascertain their whereabouts, please report this to the National Police of Ukraine by calling 102.

Please report any illegal child transfers to the Ministry of Reintegration on 050 562 03 13.
