The Ministry of Reintegration has developed amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 302 of 17 March 2022. The document was approved today at a Government meeting.
The draft resolution says the Head of the State Service for Children will be in the Coordination Headquarters.
The document helps executive authorities work together to:
– helping children leave dangerous areas and make sure they are safe;
– making sure children who have left Ukraine can come back;
– making quick decisions to protect children’s rights.
The Government set up the State Service for Children at the end of September 2023. Petro Dobromilskyi was appointed Head of the Service on 8 March 2024. He had been Deputy Head of the Zakarpattia Regional Military Administration.
The Coordination Centre is a temporary advisory body to the Cabinet of Ministers. In March 2023, Vice Prime Minister Iryna Vereshchuk was appointed as the Head of the Coordination Centre.
